About IFS & Family Constellations

Edward Stopler BSc specialises in IFS and Family Constellations. His unique approach enables you to explore your specific issues in a confidential environment and feel safe and supported as you move towards resolution.

Edward studied Advanced Vipassana Meditation and Yoga over 35 years ago. Since then he has studied with former practitioners of Bert Hellinger, the pioneer of Family Constellations, as well as at The Centre for Systemic Constellations (CSC) - competing the Foundation, Applied and Couples trainings.
He has studied with PESI UK and attended Dick Schwartz’s Internal Family Systems Master Classes specialising in complex trauma, anxiety, depression and PTSD. Edward studied with Cece Sykes using IFS to heal trauma and addictive processes. He has also trained with Derek Scott’s IFS Stepping Stones programme.
Edward is a key facilitator at Terapia, London (UKCP Registered) offering students the Family Constellation model as part of their training in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy.
His work as a consultant at the College of Psychic Studies (London) has specialised in seeing where both personal issues and energetic blocks are held within the body and forging pathways towards wellness.
He now offers private appointments & workshops worldwide with a keen focus on integrating personal awareness with IFS & Family Constellations. This approach supports a very real movement towards change.
